Mitchell's Daunte is almost a carbon copy of his father, Nemo. Daunte is a compact, well balance buck. He has very good depth. He has slightly better width of shoulder and he has a stronger crown than Nemo. Daunte has excellent color and texture of fur. He also has good substance to his ears but his crown is also slightly 'slipped'. In my opinion Daunte's mains faults are lacking fullness in his lower hindquarter and his crown is a bit slipped. Daunte is 100% Mitchell bloodlines. He is from tortoise, black, sable point and REW ancestors.

Alpine's Munchkin is a new addition to the rabbitry originally from Alpine's Rabbitry out of Colorado. I purchased him from Northern Lights Rabbitry out of Saskatchewan. Munchkin arrived with a leg injury so I am hoping he is able to sire litters. He has a compact body, yet it lacks depth and fullness in the loin. He has nice shoulders and a nice head to balance. He has very nice color and distribution of ticking as well as good coat density and texture. Munchkin is 90% Alpine bloodlines with 10% Ohlrich in the great grand dam linage. He has chocolate, black, lynx, chocolate chestnut, chocolate chin and chocolate steel in his background.

Posey's Brayden is another new addition the rabbitry from Sunnybrook Rabbitry on Vancouver Island. Brayden is a well balanced animal with very good rise to his shoulders, good depth, full loin and hindquarters. He has good width and substance to his crown and ears. He has good texture and density to his coat. Brayden has 40% Velotta bloodlines, 25% Kitsemble bloodlines and a mixture of Preston, Love a Little, Brouns', Horizon and Ohlrich ancestory. Link is my 2005 breeders pick for best Mini Lop raised in that year. He is a little more refined than my older herd bucks in the Chinchilla line but he is well within the breed standard for weight. He has excellent texture, density and color of fur. Thirteen of his fourteen ancestors on his pedigree carry the chinchilla gene. His has a good head and ear with good ear carriage. He has very good depth. Good width of shoulder and good hindquarters. In my opinion his top fault is he could have better fullness in the lower hindquarter. I would also like to see his shoulders rise earlier. He is very complimentary to my herd does and I am excited to see what he produces for me in 2006. He is 95% Mitchell bloodlines. There is Glover and RL influence in his third generation.
